Recurring memory tips

As I have browsed online I found these common tips said by everyone to improve memory :

  1. Each day before sleeping recall your whole day in as much detail as you can
  2. Close your eyes and describe in full detail what is in front of you, do that again
  3. Paying attention, P A Y I N G    A T T E N T I O N !
  4. Memory is art of story creation around things
    • Imagination - make story vivid
    • Senses - imagine forms, sounds, smells, touch, taste
    • Practice - story making is an art
  5. P R A C T I C E    R E C A L L !
    • Having a recall mindset is very useful as one can explore links in mind to arrive at that memory

One interesting tip to remove mental blocks :
- Try to recall its details in detail and calmly focus attention on it only for sometime.

More memory means more time, because more memory is more awareness, more awareness is more life. For example : if you remember / retain every beat of song it means / feels to have run for longer perceived duration say 10 instead of 2 minutes !

Katapayādi for digits

I recently built a tool based on all the sanskrit nouns assembled from many many scriptures ordered by their frequency and wrote a KatapayadiEngine which basically translated each Sanskrit word in IAST letters to a number string. Each syllable gives a digit. See here . Based on this I am choosing here single syllable sounds for digits zero to nine : 0 is  ṛc 1 is  yudh 2 is  bhrū 3 is  gir 4 is  dvār 5 is  mṛd 6 is  kṣudh 7 is  sic 8 is  dṛś 9 is  dhī Following are their images :
