As I have browsed online I found these common tips said by everyone to improve memory :
- Each day before sleeping recall your whole day in as much detail as you can
- Close your eyes and describe in full detail what is in front of you, do that again

- Senses - imagine forms, sounds, smells, touch, taste

- Having a recall mindset is very useful as one can explore links in mind to arrive at that memory
One interesting tip to remove mental blocks :
- Try to recall its details in detail and calmly focus attention on it only for sometime.
More memory means more time, because more memory is more awareness, more awareness is more life. For example : if you remember / retain every beat of song it means / feels to have run for longer perceived duration say 10 instead of 2 minutes !
